About the Role
The Project Manager - Delivery role is responsible for planning, delivering and commissioning a range of integrated strategic, capital and operational projects that support the objectives of Council’s community strategic plan and capital works plan.
This role will see you leading, coordinating and ensuring the delivery of Capital Works projects, from the project initiation phase, through to the delivery and commissioning of the asset. You will actively manage all aspects of any engaged contracts for the delivery of Council’s assets, inclusive of all quality, schedule and commercial requirements.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders, contractors/ consultants and other government bodies, all whilst effectively managing projects within the capital works program.
