JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER – ENGINEERING

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000/month
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in construction project management

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in managing mid to large-scale construction projects in the UAE or GCC region, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
  • PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the UAE.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
  • Monitor work progress and prepare regular status reports.
  • Manage project teams, including site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Resolve issues and delays that arise during project execution.
  • Conduct risk management and identify potential project risks and issues.
  • Maintain documentation for project planning, execution, and completion.
