1. Participate and manage major business improvement and ICT projects in an outsourced delivery environment, including working closely
   with external technical engineers, project resources, vendors and internal agencies stakeholders.
2. Undertake business process investigations and propose practical business solutions to problems.
3. Manage the development of key project deliverables including creation of detailed project plans, scoping, business cases, requirements
   and system design specifications, test plans, communication plans and user documentation.
4. Lead and manage a team of staff and contractors to achieve project deliverables in the required timeframe and within budget, while
   coordinating all aspects of project management for multiple simultaneous projects.
5. Recommend to senior project managers or projects director appropriate actions where necessary to ensure that projects are completed
   on time and within budget. Manage escalation, variations to scope and decision registers.
