Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality, timely, and accurate advice and evidence-based analysis on project development and delivery, including
    change management, to develop the Community Paramedic workforce.
  2. Prepare high-quality project documentation, including plans, briefs, reports, and correspondence, to support stakeholder
    engagement, resource management, and reporting requirements.
  3. Develop collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate program development, stakeholder
    alignment, and advocacy.
  4. Research, analyse, interpret, and solve issues related to data collection, service delivery, workforce enablement, and quality
    assurance to support the implementation of Community Paramedics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the Community Paramedics trial, ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory,
    clinical, and operational standards to maintain patient and workforce safety.
  6. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies, and procedures to ensure safe, high-quality
    healthcare service delivery and compliance with relevant regulations.
