1. Responsible for managing the NTG asset maintenance contracts ensuring compliance with Departmental policies,
   procedures and Northern Territory Government legislation and construction standards.
2. Responsible for investigations and contract management of Repairs and Maintenance and Urgent Minor Repair projects
   to ensure delivery aligns with client requirements for time, budget, and quality.
3. Ensure projects and contracts comply with the NT Building Act, Building Code of Australia, and relevant Australian
   Standards applicable in the NT.
4. Travel (including solo driving) to remote project locations to oversee project delivery.
5. Carry out all duties in accordance with Departmental Work Health and Safety (WHS), Equal Employment Opportunity
   (EEO), and environmental guidelines.
