ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 5–10 years’ experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working closely with IT, finance, and external implementation partners.
• Familiarity with financial consolidation, group reporting, or ERP implementation is an advantage.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP (Project Management Professional), or PMI-ACP is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and change management practices is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
