ALEX FRASER: Project Manager – Derrimut, Victoria We are currently recruiting for an energetic Project Manager to join our team based in Derrimut, Victoria, supporting a diverse range of projects. This role plays a critical part in driving that expansion, helping to deliver key initiatives that support our long-term strategy in recycling, asphalt, and broader sustainability. We’re looking for someone who’s excited by growth, passionate about impact, and ready to help us shape the next phase of our journey. In your new role, you will be: Leading continuous improvement projects with a strong focus on sustainability—specifically within Recycling, Asphalt, and other environmental initiatives. Building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Clarifying and negotiating project goals in line with stakeholder requirements. Developing and executing project work plans, adapting to changes as necessary. Managing project budgets and analyzing associated costs. Providing regular status reports and troubleshooting potential issues. Closing out projects with thorough evaluations and final documentation. This role is a great fit for you if you: Have a solid project management background with a relevant Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. Bring broad technical knowledge in sustainability, construction, supply chain and/or industrial engineering. Are experienced in building and managing stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally. Are proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
