Our ongoing success is creating opportunities for a Project Manager focusing on Design & Build projects to join our team. The role can be based from any of our UK offices; with hybrid working allowing for a combination of in-office and home working.
As a Project Manager, Design & Build you will have a key role to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale projects. You will coordinate all aspects of our delivery to enable the delivery of design services within a multi-disciplinary design & build (D&B) environment. You will be working collaboratively with some of the industry’s leading design teams and optimally involving our client and other partner organisations to achieve successful outcomes. You will create a positive environment and lead the team to deliver best value and client service excellence.

Role accountabilities:

  • Overseeing multi-disciplinary design coordination and providing leadership
  • Driving collaboration with all stakeholders across all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Driving timely delivery of technical and commercial outcomes, ensuring delivery is above client expectation
  • Accountable for ensuring effective financial and project management controls are in place and deployed to enable monitoring, modification and forecasting of design progress as appropriate
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure that all parties are kept informed on all relevant matters impacting and influencing project design outcome
  • Driving project performance, service delivery and technical outcomes, ensuring client delivery is above expectation.
