Description

Ensures successful project execution through continuous assessment of progress and risks, managing deviations and driving project team to solve problems that may arise in the course of the project. Min 5 years of working experiences in semiconductor assembly and packaging development with min 2 years experience in leading end to end project management cycle Education qualification Min Degree in Electronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering or any relevant discipline Possess strong project management knowledge and experience in terms of project initiation, planning and closing, including reporting and documentation. Project Management Certification is a plus. Confident in leading cross functional teams and collaborative with diversity of thought, skills and personalities in order to maximize capabilities and outcomes and resolve conflicts when arises. Strong Stakeholder management : Possess effective presentation, negotiation and influencing skills Agile and possess critical thinking to effectively mitigate project risks.
