Do you want to work for a leading player and image-setter in public waste collection? Are you energetic, do you have good analytical skills and do you have an intrinsic drive and an eye for detail? Then we would like to meet you! We are looking for a new colleague to expand our team: Project Leader Development Mechanics
WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?
VConsyst is a dynamic, young and technical organization operating in the world of sustainability, circularity, waste management and public outdoor space design. We are constantly looking for smart technical solutions that provide convenience for the user, especially in the world of waste. Also with systems for bicycle parking, canopies, street furniture and waste bins, VConsyst contributes to a nicer and cleaner living environment with smart solutions.
VConsyst’s future lies in “servitization” or the meritization of our product portfolio. From your role as Process Engineer, you are at the forefront of this.
We are leaders in the industry, developing solutions independently or in collaboration with other parties and partnerships in ambitious projects. VConsyst has now grown into an internationally operating organization based in the Netherlands and is part of a holding company with several companies. And we hold our core values, translated into VConsyst’s five Vs; Trusted, Skilled, Innovative, Connected, Responsible.
As a Development Mechanics Project Leader, you will be responsible for supervising technical development projects from start to finish. You review customer requests from our account managers and product managers for completeness and clarity, and translate these into clear project plans with clear objectives, timelines, budgets and risks.
During the development process you organize and lead project kick-offs, monitor progress and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders involved. You identify risks and take action where necessary. When circumstances change (such as scope changes) you review the planning and set the right priorities. At the end of a project you take care of a complete transfer to our business office (production and procurement), including corresponding documentation and reporting.
