POSITION SUMMARY: NXP Semiconductors is seeking a visionary, execution-focused IT Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to project management best practices, aligning projects with business and IT strategies, prioritizing initiatives, monitoring portfolio health, and managing financials and risks. This role ensures adherence to PMO standards, manages project governance, and drives successful implementation of technology solutions across the organization. This role will report to the Digital Infrastructure PMO Lead with key responsibilities including collaboration with other functions and leaders to leverage data for strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation with AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for IT initiatives. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using PMO standards. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, system admins, and business analysts. Governance & Compliance • Ensure projects comply with IT security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements. • Maintain documentation and reporting in line with PMO frameworks. Risk & Issue Management • Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Manage dependencies between infrastructure, applications, and third-party vendors. Stakeholder Communication • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status. • Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment between IT and business units. Continuous Improvement • Contribute to PMO process enhancements and adoption of Agile/DevOps practices. • Mentor team members on IT project management best practices. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 8+ years in IT project/program management • PMP, PMI-ACP, or ITIL certification preferred. • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow SPM, Time Cards). • Knowledge of IT systems, networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. • Experience working with global teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with IT compliance standards (ISO, SOC, GDPR) More information about NXP in India... #LI-7013 NXP Semiconductors N.V.
