Working within the Downer digital space, you will be part of an innovative team that contributes to the overall digital transformation initiatives and helps the business remain competitive and responsive to evolving needs In this role you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of user-centric digital projects within the Transport and Infrastructure business unit. You will ensure projects are strategically aligned with business objectives, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budget. This role will also require you to work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive the implementation of digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This role offers flexible working arrangements with a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days working from home.   Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills  * Strong stakeholder/relationship management and communication skills  * Experience developing and landing successful Business Cases * Ability to manage multiple projects at a time  * Prior experience or interest in Transport & Infrastructure and the technology which underpins this is ideal * Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to navigate external processes  * Proven excellence in delivering projects to scope, schedule and budget * Strong financial acumen for tracking actuals and forecast * Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation from project teams to Execs * Vendor, commercial and risk management experience * Strong attention to detail   Ko wai mātou | Our Organisation   Want to know more about what it is like to work at Downer?
