MANAGE PROJECTS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

At 3 Sided Cube, we build digital products that actually do good in the world. Since 2009, we’ve worked with organisations like the American Red Cross, UNHCR, and Lush to create apps and platforms that have helped millions of people - from teaching life-saving first aid to supporting refugee students around the globe.
We’re now looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver even more impact. If you love planning, organising, problem-solving, and keeping everything (and everyone!) on track, and want to use those skills for something meaningful, then this could be your next move.
You’ll be the link between our clients and delivery teams, making sure projects run smoothly, goals stay in focus, and people stay connected. No two days are the same, and you’ll have plenty of chances to get stuck into exciting work that really matters.

Responsibilities

You’ll take charge of small to medium-sized digital projects, leading them from inception to delivery. Working alongside our internal teams and world-changing clients, you’ll:

  • Plan and manage digital software projects with clarity and confidence
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit milestones on time and within budget
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Lead client communications and ensure stakeholder expectations are consistently managed
  • Track risks and adapt to challenges to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Contribute to proposals, help define scopes and success criteria
  • Run collaborative workshops with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Keep everyone in the loop with well-organised updates and documentation
