It is an exciting time for the Gold Standard Foundation especially around the digitalisation of our various platforms, tools and products. Due to these projects and the growth of Gold Standard, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us on a permanent basis.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working on digital roadmaps and working closely with cross functional team and external technical teams. It is imperative that the successful candidate has experience working in an agile environment, as they will need to work at a fast pace to ensure the completion of projects.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

WHO WE ARE:

Gold Standard is a not-for-profit organization that helps companies understand the role they should play in creating a net-zero, sustainable nature future and provides tangible ways for them to contribute. This includes investments in their value chains, carbon credits, and other mechanisms for high-integrity climate action that delivers real impact for people and nature.
The Gold Standard Foundation was established in 2003 by WWF and other international NGOs as a best practice standard to ensure projects that reduced carbon emissions under the UN’s Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) also delivered sustainable development benefits. Today, our standard, ‘Gold Standard for the Global Goals’, allows climate and development initiatives within carbon markets, corporate supply chains, and sustainable finance to manage, measure and maximise their impacts toward the Net Zero ambition of the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals.

  • Prince2 or PMP certification
  • CSM certification or equivalent Agile / Scrum-based project experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage internal teams, external partners and leadership.

  • Familiarity with developer tools, such as JIRA, GitHub
  • A good understanding of the Microsoft Ecosystem (SharePoint, Azure, M365/D365)
  • Proven implementation of project management methodology in a professional setting
