Ko tā mātou mahi – The Opportunity Kordia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help deliver digital and technology projects across our portfolio. Working closely with the Sales team during the pre-sales stage, you’ll contribute to RFP responses and proposals, helping shape project scope and delivery approach. Once projects are secured, you’ll lead delivery end-to-end, including planning projects, coordinating resources and budgets, managing risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, technical specialists and both internal and external stakeholders to keep projects moving, maintain strong governance, and ensure clear, proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle. Ko tō mahi – What You’ll Do * Define project scope, outcomes, timelines, budgets and resources with project sponsors. * Plan and control project execution to meet time, cost, quality and stakeholder objectives. * Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies. * Maintain strong governance through documentation, reporting and change management. * Monitor performance using KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and internal project frameworks. * Build strong relationships with stakeholders, maintaining a ‘no surprises’ communication approach. * Engage cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing environment. Nā tōu rourou – What You’ll Bring You bring strong project leadership capability with the ability to deliver complex technology or infrastructure initiatives in dynamic environments.   You will also have: * Understanding of telecommunications and network infrastructure, including towers, antennae, power systems and data centres. * Proven ability to manage budgets, risk, stakeholders and cross-functional teams. * A relevant degree and/or project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar). * Confidence in preparing and presenting reports for an Exec / Board audience * Experience in a project management role within telecommunications, technology, broadcasting, civil, or related industries is highly advantageous Nōu te rourou – Why Join Us?
