Job Overview CodeNinja is seeking a Project Manager – Digital Transformation for our client in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading and coordinating digital transformation projects across ERP (Odoo), SAP integration, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, and aviation systems. Key Responsibilities Serve as the central coordination point for all DT project. Govern and track progress across ERP (Odoo), SAP integration, mobile platforms, cloud infrastructure, and aviation operational systems. Deliver weekly dashboards/reports covering milestones, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and budgets. Conduct quarterly review sessions with management. Liaise with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery. Act as the bridge with Saudia SAP team for integration and support. Maintain project documentation, architecture records, and decision logs for knowledge continuity. Ensure effective change and risk management practices. Required Qualifications & Experience 8–12 years of overall IT project management experience. 5+ years of proven track record in ERP, SAP, or aviation IT projects. 3+ years in a dedicated Project Manager role with accountability for delivery, governance, and stakeholder management. Strong hands-on exposure to: ERP (Odoo) SAP integration Mobile application platforms Cloud-based infrastructure Aviation operational systems PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification (preferred). Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills. Availability to join within 30 days of selection.
