HealthActiv is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of strategic digital initiatives across our international operations. This role plays a critical part in driving execution excellence, with a strong focus on delivering our Digital/AI roadmap. Key Responsibilities • Project Delivery Excellence: Ensure all digital IT projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives. • AI Roadmap Execution: Drive the successful implementation and adoption of the Cluster AI strategy. • Cross-Country Alignment & Coordination: Ensure consistency and collaboration across all IT teams within the different businesses and territories. • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build strong relationships and maintain clear communication with key stakeholders. • Team Collaboration & Influence: Foster a collaborative environment and effectively work across a matrix business. • Technology & Innovation Awareness: Stay ahead of digital trends and drive innovation across the Cluster. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related field. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital or IT project management. • Proven track record of managing projects across multiple countries. • Exposure to AI or data-driven initiatives. • Strong knowledge or project management methodologies. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Strong leadership and influencing abilities in matrix environments. • Ability to navigate complexity and work across cultures. • Passion for technology and continuous learning.
