$65K TO $80K BASE + COMMISSIONS + FULL BENEFITS

A multi-million dollar restoration company is seeking a Disaster Restoration Project Manager to manage projects through to completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Continuously advance knowledge of building codes and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Serve as a role model for Superintendents.
  • Proactively sell and promote additional services on assigned projects.
  • Communicate regularly with Estimators on project status, timeline adjustments, and challenges.
  • Continuously improve core project management skills.
  • Complete projects on time and within budget, ensuring documented customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and coordinate employees and subcontractors in all phases of work.
  • Read and manage blueprints.
  • Manage projects exceeding $1M in value.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
  • Manage large crews and projects through crew leaders and assistants.
  • Document rate & material projects and work with PMs or Estimators on restoration plans.
  • Supervise multiple crews on several projects simultaneously.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, work schedules, and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure project safety and quality control across all phases.
  • Master critical skills including negotiation, leadership, time management, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of both current and past construction practices.
  • Review daily project requirements, document progress, and report challenges to managers.
  • Provide field documentation such as progress photos and weekly summaries.
  • Qualify vendors and subcontractors and guide them through the qualification process.
  • Manage both fixed bid and rate & material projects efficiently.
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance inspections of company vehicles and maintain them in clean, serviceable condition.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold professionalism.
  • Meet project timelines, even when working under time constraints.
