Our client, a leading architectural and design practice in Edmonton, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with an Architectural Technology background to join their team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology (or related discipline).
• 5+ years’ experience working in a project management or project coordination capacity within architectural, design, or construction environments.
• Solid experience across commercial, educational, institutional, and civic projects.
• Advanced skills in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
• Manage consultants and contractors, fostering strong collaboration across architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and design intent.
• Apply Revit and AutoCAD expertise to support project documentation, clash detection, and design coordination.
• Motivate and guide internal teams, creating a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Maintain client relationships, providing consistent updates and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
