POSITION OVERVIEW

We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead the seamless onboarding of new healthcare clients, including payers, health systems, and physician practices, onto our AI healthcare platform. This role requires strong healthcare technology implementation experience, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder implementations while ensuring successful handoffs to our Customer Success team. You’ll be responsible for delivering on-time, on-budget implementations that exceed client expectations and set the foundation for long-term success.

EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects
• Strong background in managing technical implementations in regulated industries
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Healthcare-related project management experience
• Experience in enterprise software implementations
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITECH)
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
• Understanding of clinical workflows, payer operations, and provider technology environments
• Experience with telehealth or AI/ML healthcare technology implementations
• Background working with seed/Series A stage companies
• Experience managing implementations for both enterprise and mid-market clients
• Previous experience in consulting or professional services
• Familiarity with regulated industry compliance and security requirements
