Position Summary Project Managers at Isenhour Door Products are responsible for delivering projects accurately, on time, and on budget — in a way that serves both our customers and our internal teams. This is a relationship-forward role that requires clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to adapt our internal systems to meet the style and needs of our customers. Our Project Managers orchestrate the entire lifecycle of a job, from coordination and documentation to delivery and follow-through, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clarity and confidence throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with Sales and Estimating to finalize scopes, schedules, and budgets based on Isenhour Door standards and client preferences. Manage all phases of Division 8 project execution including submittals, material procurement, fabrication, delivery scheduling, change orders, and close-out. Delegate, organize, and follow through — keeping tasks on track while guiding internal and external contributors. Adjust project approaches to match the working style and communication preferences of each client, while staying grounded in Isenhour Door’s operational best practices. Identify and resolve issues before they escalate. Always go the extra mile to simplify the customer experience. Maintain accurate documentation, respond promptly to changes, and ensure that financials and timelines stay on course. Requirements Experience with Comsense -- STRONGLY Preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or similar project management (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field strongly preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office, construction documentation, and digital plan reading. Strong grasp of construction submittals, shop drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules. Experience managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
