We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in managing the overall delivery and coordination of projects to ensure all life cycle delivery targets are met. Reporting to the Asset & Lifecycle Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Delivering Lifecycle Projects, Modifications, Minor Works, and supporting Planned Preventive Maintenance systems administrator with QFM and PPM programs.
• Managing the integrity and functionality of the building fabric, building services, utility systems, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Ensuring the provision of ancillary services such as grounds and gardens maintenance, carpark systems, and artwork conservation.

• Planning, procuring, implementing, and commissioning works to agreed timelines and budgets.Periodically reviewing subcontractor work orders to ensure consistent pricing and quality.
