The opportunity The Project Manager will report into the Program Manager and ensure safe and efficient delivery and supervision of sewer rehabilitation projects under the Network Renewals long term agreement. You will be working out of the Melbourne CBD office and will be required to attend weekly site visits with access to a company vehicle. What you’ll do Manage, coordinate and deliver a range of projects varying in size and scope. Foster a culture of innovation, proactively develop members, provide mentoring, leading by example and demonstrating a strong commitment to the Downer Standard and Zero Harm. Support budget management processes and collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to optimise cost, implement improvements, ensure accurate records, reports and forecasting. Support procurement processes including implementation of Procurement Management Plan, Subcontractor engagement processes and supplier processes. Build strong relationships across design teams, clients and internal stakeholders to support optimal delivery across projects and greater partnership.
