Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of dredging and marine construction projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, production targets, budget constraints, and schedule requirements Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to achieve project objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Conduct site assessments and oversee surveys to ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and permitting requirements. Manage procurement, logistics, and deployment of marine construction materials, vessels, and specialized equipment. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including weather conditions, marine access challenges, and underwater constraints. Monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders. Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture across all phases of construction. Willingness to spend significant time in the field supporting active projects in various locations. Requirements Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager within the dredging industry. Strong understanding of marine construction methods, environmental regulations, and permitting processes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with complex logistical and environmental considerations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications preferred (PMP, OSHA Safety Training, or equivalent). Experience with or ability to quickly learn RMS (Resident Management System).
