Responsibilities

Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager to be based out of our clients Dublin City office. This will be a hybrid role with two days on-site and three days remote from Monday to Friday. This contract will be initially for twelve months. We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams, managing risks, mentoring team members, and supporting change management activities for successful project delivery. HR Systems experience would be ideal.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver projects within scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Champion the project delivery framework adopted by the client.
  • Mentor and support other team members to foster a collaborative project environment.
  • Manage and maintain all project documentation, securing support from relevant colleagues when needed.
  • Lead and mitigate risks and issues in alignment with organisational standards.
  • Update and maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Support change management efforts to facilitate the successful adoption of digital solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritisation and delivery
