We are now looking for a Project Manager with strong procurement experience to join our Product Services & Solutions Sustainability team in either Gothenburg or Stockholm.
At Stratsys, we offer a SaaS platform that simplifies compliance and due diligence across regulations like CSDDD, NIS2 and other evolving EU directives. Our tools help companies move from risk identification to action, enabling proactive supplier transparency, risk mitigation and regulatory alignment.
In this role, you will onboard customers, train them in our platform and tailor the configuration to fit their needs. This way, your work will directly contribute to helping our customers meet upcoming EU regulations and reduce supplier-related risks – a business-critical area for many organizations. Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, your focus is to lead implementations of our SaaS platform in the due diligence space. You’ll spend a good portion of your week inside our platform – configuring workflows, testing supplier forms and guiding customers through best practice setups. You will work closely with sourcing teams at large organizations to ensure the solution fits into their processes and delivers real value.

You will also collaborate across product, sales and customer success. While this is not a sales role, we value your curiosity in identifying customer needs. Your procurement knowledge can make a real difference in complex cases, and you may support sales dialogues where your insights help shape the right offering.AMONGST OTHER TASKS - THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE;

  • Leading onboarding projects for new and existing customers.
  • Independently conduct product training for customers, both online and in person, to help customers master the product.
  • Configuring the product to match customer needs and processes. This involves hands-on work in our platform, so you’ll need to be comfortable with technical systems and enjoy solving logical challenges.
  • Consult the customer on how the products best fit with their processes and how to get full value out of the products.
  • Lead and motivate the customer’s project team through the implementation.
  • Capture and follow up on the customer’s further needs within our product offering to contribute to additional sales with our customers.Collaborating with internal teams like Customer Success to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer.
