In-depth Problem Analysis: Thoroughly interview customers to identify their true problems and potential needs, and grasp their essence. This will be done in cooperation with sales. Strategic DX Proposal: Utilize the latest digital technologies (AI, IoT, cloud, data analysis, etc.) to formulate and propose optimal DX strategies that lead to business model transformation, operational efficiency improvements, and new business creation for customers. We will accompany client companies after the solution is introduced. Recruitment Background: Due to business expansion, we are looking for individuals who can serve as PMs to promote DX at Rakuten Mobile, or who aspire to become PMs. Job Description: Job Summary: We consistently support client companies from the formulation to the execution of DX (Digital Transformation) strategies to solve their business challenges with digital technology and establish a competitive advantage. Beyond mere IT introduction, we co-create the future of our customers through business model transformation, business process reengineering, and the creation of new customer experiences. Job Details: Our work is a creative challenge that transforms customers' "impossible" into "possible." In-depth Problem Analysis/Strategy Formulation: Deeply understand customers' businesses, operations, and IT environments to identify potential challenges and needs. Utilize the latest digital technologies (AI, IoT, cloud, data analysis, etc.) to propose optimal DX strategies and roadmaps that lead to business model transformation and operational efficiency improvements. Solution Design and Project Promotion: Based on the strategy, design specific solutions, define requirements, and lead the entire introduction project. Effect Verification and Continuous Improvement: Measure the effects after introduction, evaluate KPI achievement and ROI. Provide continuous improvement proposals and advice for the next DX steps. Stakeholders: We work closely with the management, business divisions, and information systems departments of client companies. Internally, we collaborate with sales departments that have initial contact with customers, and also with various solution departments and R&D departments that have technical expertise. We also cooperate with external technology vendors and consulting firms to build optimal solutions. Work Approach: We primarily adopt an agile approach that emphasizes dialogue and collaboration with customers. Required Qualifications: Entry-level applicants welcome. Experience in a consulting firm (3+ years) OR experience in proposal-based sales with a successful track record of building long-term customer relationships and a strong interest in consulting or PM work. OR experience accompanying customers in DX implementation for a long period as a solution implementation manager (3+ years). Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with the entire process from ordering equipment to delivery and after-sales support. Fluent in Japanese (as clients are Japanese companies). Preferred Qualifications: Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or equivalent skills).
