With NeoTaste we develop the platform for you to discover new restaurants in your city. As a user, you can enjoy special deals that are exclusive to us and allow you to discover the culinary diversity of the city.
On the other hand, we are also the partner for restaurants to win new customers who do not yet know their go-to food place. The restaurants can adjust their special deals individually to their capacity, which helps them increase their occupancy and thus their revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Build a clear and competitive value proposition for the product for both end users and corporate partners (employee benefit or gift), and establish brand awareness among relevant target audiences.
  • Create a comprehensive roadmap for the revamp of our gift boxes and vouchers for both B2C and B2B (including workstreams, budget, milestones, targets). Identify critical bottlenecks and potential solutions.
  • Improve communication and cross-departmental alignment, reduce frictions and delays, and explore more efficient and effective strategies to scale NeoTaste gift boxes.
  • Over time improve the product setup with Shopify, rebuild the journeys for both users and potential corporate partners, optimise the content and deliver scalable solutions that will ensure growth in users and revenue.
  • Establish a clear and efficient reporting process to keep key stakeholders informed about progress and proactively address potential challenges. Ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Lead and own expansion opportunities for NeoTaste gift boxes into new markets and across new channels
