We’re looking for a driven and proactive individual to take the lead on three transformative projects within ESNEFT:
KING’S TRUST INITIATIVE:
An employment project aimed at supporting employment pathways for young people & those facing barriers to employment.
This fixed term role is a fantastic opportunity, you’ll be at the heart of delivering impactful change whilst working alongside senior leaders.
In this role, you’ll not only gain hands-on experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating projects. You will also have the chance to line manage team members and develop your leadership skills in a supportive environment.

Consistent provision of higher level comprehensive project management and administrative support.
Undertake the management of projects
Responsible for a defined area of work
Manage, prioritise, plan and organise own time and co-ordinate that of your team and external partners if appropriate, using extensive knowledge, skills and experience.
Provide leadership that encourages high performance from other staff within your team, external
partners with the aim of maintaining optimum efficiency within the projects you are working on.
Train and provide support/line management to enable other team members and partners to deliver against project objectives.
