This role requires demonstrated experience in new product development and/or software development project management, along with the ability to manage cross-functional projects involving systems, operations, marketing, and process improvements. The Project Manager must be able to keep multiple priorities moving, surface roadblocks early, and collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to drive projects to successful completion. As a key cross-departmental connector, the Project Manager keeps timelines, tasks, and stakeholders aligned while fostering accountability, collaboration, and cultural alignment. Success in this role is about more than delivering projects on time. It is about reinforcing company values and ensuring that how results are achieved matters just as much as what is achieved. This role requires a confident, proactive leader who is comfortable making decisions and driving progress at all levels of the organization, including with senior leadership. The Project Manager is not simply a coordinator, but an owner of outcomes, responsible for clarifying direction when ambiguity exists, making informed decisions to keep projects moving, and holding stakeholders accountable to commitments and timelines. This individual must be willing to ask hard questions, address misalignment directly, and ensure that priorities translate into execution. Success in this role means taking full ownership of results, not waiting for direction, and leading with both influence and accountability across teams and at all levels. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Education, Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. 5+ years of hands-on project management experience required. Demonstrated experience managing new product development projects and software development projects required. Experience in an EdTech, education, software, or similarly complex cross-functional environment preferred. Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Ability to identify both tactical and strategic project risks and work collaboratively toward solutions. Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong judgment, follow-through, and accountability.
