Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and end-to-end management of projects involving eFront and/or Aladdin solutions. This includes overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Held primary responsibility for the successful delivery and management of key project components including scope, tasks, resources, timelines, and budget for the eFront/Aladdin implementation

  • Identify target achievements and build detailed project plans. Lead and communicate all deviations from plan
  • Monitor and control projects by actively identifying, tracking, managing, mitigating and resolving project issues and risks
  • Conduct project meetings, collaborate with project team members to build consensus on meaningful issues
  • Communicate requirements and actively set & lead expectations to ensure all team members and partners are accountable for their role in the project’s overall success
  • Lead workshops, to identify and document detailed customer requirements, and to write specifications
  • Participate to perform the parameterization and configuration of the solution to meet client expectations
  • Work closely with clients and the solutions teams during the design and implementation phases
  • Manage project documentation such as SOWs, weekly status reports, issue/risk logs, time analyses
  • Analyze/estimate project costs and forecasts
  • Manage key stakeholders on customer side by setting appropriate expectations, ensure proper communication and manage potential escalations
