Learn more: https://waagnerbiro-bridgeservices.com/ Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the replacement of 14 elevators at pedestrian bridges across various locations in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the project safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with client specifications and UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage the project from mobilization to final handover. Plan, coordinate, and monitor all site activities, resources, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and contract obligations. Coordinate with the Client, consultants, authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders. Monitor project schedule, cost, risks, and progress, implementing corrective actions where required. Oversee testing, commissioning, and successful project handover. Prepare regular progress reports and attend project meetings. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Minimum 10 years of project management experience, including 5 years managing elevator installation/replacement or similar infrastructure projects in the UAE. Experience with RTA or other government infrastructure projects is an advantage. PMP certification and UAE Driving License are preferred. Additional Information Strong project planning and leadership skills. Knowledge of elevator systems, infrastructure projects, and UAE HSE regulations. Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
