POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of complex engineering projects from contract award through final handover. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on leadership, and exceptional coordination skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing industrial engineering or turnkey projects.
· Proven background in material handling, paint shop systems, process plants, or similar industries.
· Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera, etc.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by project demands.

· Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
· Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, automation, installation, and commissioning.
· Develop, maintain, and control project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
· Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and safety regulations.
· Manage customer communications, approvals, and change orders.
· Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
· Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
· Lead site meetings and proactively resolve technical or operational challenges.
