POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to represent the electrical contractor on new build and renovation commercial construction projects. The selected PM candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years as a Construction Project Manager directly employed with an electrical contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and regulations.
  • Prior project experience with low and medium voltage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess work in progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
