JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Electrical to lead and manage complex electrical engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in managing electrical works, particularly in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. This role demands technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 12+ years of progressive experience in electrical project management.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory).

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects in compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Oversee design reviews, technical submittals, procurement, and site execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitor site progress, perform quality checks, and resolve any technical or operational issues.
• Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and project documentation.
• Ensure all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
