• Oversea the management and operations of the project
• Overall planning and management of project, including job schedule and mobilization of resources
• Close monitoring of project resources including manpower,transportation and tools
• Attend regular site coordination meetings with client/ contractors/ subcontractors on project related matters
• Ensure timely submission of monthly progress claims
• Assist with procurement, sourcing, negotation of materials
• Assist in tender adminisration works
• Oversee project quality and safety management plans
• Oversee that the current version of local specifications e.g. Singapore Standards and Code of Practices are complied to.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Good project management knowledge and skills
• Able to work independently and lead a team
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Training or certification in project management desirable
• Safety training in line with MOM
• Possess a class 3 driving licence
