WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Project Manager, you will lead the execution of multiple high-end development projects in varied and challenging environments across the US, Canada and the Caribbean. These projects include off-grid, remote builds and luxury residential compounds that demand meticulous attention to quality, scheduling, and stakeholder expectations. You’ll oversee full-cycle construction delivery — from early-stage planning and permitting to field execution and closeout — working closely with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors.
You’ll manage detailed timelines, construction scopes, and budgets while resolving field-level constraints in real time. Your work will span modular installations, utility systems, site infrastructure, and high-touch client builds. You’ll be expected to track progress using digital tools, escalate risks early, and maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership. This role requires independent problem-solving, comfort operating in rugged conditions, and the ability to uphold the standards expected in ultra-high-net-worth client environments.
