The Role
You’ll manage EV conversion projects from start to finish, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met. This role requires balancing stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, purchasing, contractors, and accounting. You’ll keep projects moving at a high velocity and ensure customers receive dependable conversions on time.

What You’ll Lead

• Project ownership: Build roadmaps, schedules, and budgets; track milestones; manage risks and dependencies.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and accounting; ensure contractors and vendors are aligned.
• Vendor & contractor management: Interface with suppliers to track deliverables, lead times, and quality.
• Execution discipline: Run standups, update leadership on progress, and manage change requests.
• Delivery readiness: Ensure parts, people, and processes are aligned to ship on schedule.
• Quality & compliance: Confirm all work meets company and customer expectations

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of project management experience in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendors.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Gantt, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

• Automotive or EV project experience.
• Familiarity with supply chain or procurement processes.
• Technical understanding of mechanical or electrical systems.
