Project Manager – EV Conversions
Compensation: $60,000–$90,000 salary • Full-time • On-site

The Role
You’ll manage EV conversion projects from start to finish, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met. This role requires balancing stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, purchasing, contractors, and accounting. You’ll keep projects moving at a high velocity and ensure customers receive dependable conversions on time.
What You’ll Lead
- Project ownership: Build roadmaps, schedules, and budgets; track milestones; manage risks and dependencies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and accounting; ensure contractors and vendors are aligned.
- Vendor & contractor management: Interface with suppliers to track deliverables, lead times, and quality.
- Execution discipline: Run standups, update leadership on progress, and manage change requests.
- Delivery readiness: Ensure parts, people, and processes are aligned to ship on schedule.
- Quality & compliance: Confirm all work meets company and customer expectations
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of project management experience in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendors.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Gantt, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
- Automotive or EV project experience.
- Familiarity with supply chain or procurement processes.
- Technical understanding of mechanical or electrical systems.

Role Details
