JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with proven experience in managing high-end fit-out and luxury villa construction/renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all project phases from initiation to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing fit-out and villa construction/renovation projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Valid UAE Driving License is a must.

• Plan, execute, and finalize villa and interior fit-out projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Monitor project progress, including procurement, construction, and installation works.
• Manage client relationships, conduct regular site meetings, and provide updates.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities and obtain necessary approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
• Track and manage project budgets, variations, and cost control.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
