PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Project management experience in data analytics, cloud platforms, or related technical projects. Banking/financial services industry experience is a plus.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Data & Analytics: Google Data Analytics, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer Associate
• Business Analysis: CBAP, PMI-PBA

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Data Analytics & AI: Knowledge of data lifecycle, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
• Big Data & Cloud: Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Data Integration & ETL: Awareness of ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi.
• Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Data Visualization: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and governance best practices.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Data & Advanced Analytics Platform Project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and technical expertise in data analytics and cloud technologies. This role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution to ensure successful project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business and technical requirements.
• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs, working closely with IT and software vendors.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Agile Project Management: Utilize Scrum methodologies to drive iterative development and technical project execution.
• Process Improvement: Analyze and enhance business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and maintain quality standards.
• Training & Support: Develop and deliver training materials to end-users for effective adoption.
• Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between the organization and vendors, managing service agreements and deliverables.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and risk management best practices.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and manage reporting tools for monitoring project performance and decision-making.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives and effectively communicate updates to stakeholders.
