Description

We are looking for a Project Management professional to join our London based team as part of the growth plan for StoreForce Solutions across the EMEA region. The role is hybrid, with a weekly presence expected in our London office based in SE1. The ideal candidate will be a qualified project manager (ideally an Agile methodology) with a proven track record in project management within SaaS; ideally from within retail-tech or workforce management.

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing projects from initiation to completion in service led retail.
  • An interest and passion for retail / SaaS product
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Evidence of accreditation as a project management professional in the form of a formal certification in a project management methodology such as Agile or similar.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning – Manage project activities for on-time delivery
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring that all project requirements are well understood and defined.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and deliverables.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  1. Client & Stakeholder Communication and Risk Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks and progress towards goals.
  • Identify project risks and issues; Develop mitigation strategies and resolve problems as they arise to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
  1. Process Improvement
  • Continuously evaluate project processes to identify opportunities for improvement in project delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned, opportunities, and best practices for future projects; Write and distribute project post-mortems.
