Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and manage construction projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports Collaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements Monitor and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field 5+ years of experience in construction and heavy civil industry Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
