We are inviting a passionate and highly driven Project Manager from the data driven environment professionals to join our global team, united by a collaborative culture that transcends business units and borders. This role will be managing a portfolio of projects focused on understanding and improving our clients’ employee engagement initiatives. In this role, you will be managing a wide range of projects and consultants from the North America which may require flexible working schedule e.g., 11-19. In this role, you will: Serve as a liaison between the Operations team and consultants, fostering effective communication and collaboration (with flexible working hours adjusted to market and project needs). Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients and serving as the point of contact for managing and coordinating all aspects of the employee engagement projects. Advising consultants on the most suitable project solutions - methodologically, technically and most of all operationally. Provide recommendations on timeframes and administrative procedures for project completion. Provide ongoing support and training to junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities related to employee engagement projects Support Team Manager with introduction of changes, improvements, new products onboarding as well as in everyday tasks Implement and configure employee engagement products using various tools, ensuring alignment with client needs. What you need to have: Master’s degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in project management/coordination and delivering multiple projects. Ability to adapt and work effectively on a variety of dynamic projects and tasks. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a multinational environment and across cultures. Fluency in English (verbal and written). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
