REQUIREMENTS

• At least Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant local Singapore building construction experience

• Plan, organize and set up site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives;
• Attend project kick off meetings; project team meetings, and updates on progress;
• Ensure all discrepancies in drawings must be identified and cleared with consultants prior to site job progress;
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, client’s representatives and relevant authorities;
• Prepare and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports and work programme;
• Manage all site staff and subcontractors’ schedule, work progress and provide solutions to issues at site.
• Ensure quality control measures via on site / off site inspection;
• Check that approved / correct materials are used within specifications / certifications submitted, recorded and approved;
• Participate in Risk Assessment and Workplace Safety and Health matters
• Any other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by Top Management.
