Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead two high-impact, enterprise initiatives: AI-Powered Supplier Spend Intelligence Platform (50%) Legal Document Management Cloud Migration (50%) This role owns end-to-end delivery across planning, execution, budgets, vendors, and executive reporting, partnering closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, Data & Analytics, and Legal. (Legal document management migration to iManage) Qualifications 8+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably within financial/procurement systems or ERP implementations, as well as document management and migration. Solid understanding of accounting principles, procurement processes, and enterprise integration platforms. Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, Oracle EBS/Cloud, Coupa. Experience with iManage document management system a plus. Experience with AI, Analytics, Machine Learning–based classification, NLP, anomaly detection, predictive analytics preferred. Excellent communication skills. Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manages expectations effectively. Product experience a plus. PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
