Job Description For our Energy Infrastructure Solution team we are searching for an experienced Project Manager to help grow our business in Europe. Your main challenges: Act as technical project manager for solution delivery in customer projects. Manage the involved stakeholders from engineering, project delivery team, and the 3rd party such as consultants and EPC company. Analyze the challenges of the projects, structure the key tasks, clarify the resource & skill requirements, and prepare the project planning, kick-off, and closing. Optimize and improve processes, as well as the overall approach. Design and perform the risk management plan to minimize project risks. Project coordination and progress tracking with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, as well as delivery of the project. Organize and support on qualification tests to secure the quality. Provide project management support to customers. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewable or ESS System- / Solution Project Management, experience in utility-scale project management is an advantage Ability to understand technical details related to products and systems involved Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously Leadership skills in a multi-cultural organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch, German, or Mandarin are an advantage
