How you’ll make an impact You will involve managing end-to-end delivery of strategic energy projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory standards, and organizational goals and will drive project execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management while contributing to innovation in energy solutions. You will lead project teams and establish execution strategies, oversee project planning, monitoring, and control activities also define project plans including scope, schedule, financials, and risk management. You will monitor progress, analyze critical paths, and implement corrective actions, manage project financials: invoicing, cost control, and cash flow also identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure compliance with contract and claim management policies, coordinate procurement of services, materials, and equipment also act as the primary customer contact and escalation point for project issues. You will maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards also capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement and close projects formally and ensure customer acceptance. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background You hold a bachelor’s degree in related field. Minimum 5 years experience in project management in SaaS solutions. Experience in utilities or energy industry is strongly preferred. Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget, strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with Energy Portfolio Management systems, energy markets, and regulatory frameworks, with strong understanding of software implementation projects and integration with enterprise systems. Advanced project planning and scheduling (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment. Willingness to travel when required.
