JOB SUMMARY
Development Services Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to contribute to the successful development of utility-scale energy projects across the United States. You will be responsible for managing the many facets of project development, from initial greenfield efforts to the start of construction. This position may involve overseeing multiple projects concurrently, with responsibilities including permitting, landowner lease negotiations, interconnection processes, project research, and nurturing important relationships with independent power producers (IPPs) and developers. You will play a significant role in advancing the development process, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
The key aspect that a successful Project Manager will understand, practice, and try to perfect is both the client relationship and client revenue opportunities. A Project Manager must be able to seamlessly take a lead, grow into an opportunity, execute a pitch, win the business, and continue to earn the business every single day.
