REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in a construction field or in interior fit-out projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of the Building construction industry and site activities
• Expertise in AutoCAD
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is a must

  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of projects, including design, procurement, construction, and handover
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to deliver within time and cost constraints
• Supervise and lead project teams to ensure successful execution
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation
• Ensure procurement of materials aligns with project specifications and timelines
