Project Manager | Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:

  • They create Q-documents and Q-plans.
  • They evaluate offers and process orders.
  • They provide technical support for our customers.
  • They help develop the project processes and evaluate the project risks.
  • They provide expert sales support for on-site presentations in your area.
  • They advise our customers in the areas of engineering and qualification and lead meetings.
  • They take on the project management, coordination and monitoring of various projects.
  • They create offers in collaboration with sales and management, and prepare tenders.
  • At Pharmatronic, you are the contact person for all engineering and qualification projects, working closely with other internal departments.
  • They assist in creating the URS (User Requirements Specifications) and functional specifications, as well as other trades that serve as interfaces to the plant or equipment.

Our requirements:

  • You have a secure understanding of MS Office
  • They have excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • They are team-oriented, reliable, independent, meticulous, and flexible.
  • You can demonstrate pharmaceutical experience to ensure that GxP guidelines are followed in projects. 
  • Experience as a project manager and project engineer in the fields of production, packaging, media, energy, HVAC, cleanrooms and automation is an advantage.
  • They have completed training as an engineer or technician in the fields of electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering or other related professions.
